You're able to cancel your prepaid subscription in your customer portal; however, this will only cancel future renewals for the selected duration. It will not cancel the remaining orders you have already paid for at the start of your subscription.

You are unable to cancel orders during the prepaid subscription duration and will be unable to receive a refund for orders not yet received.
