Our fulfillment center begins to process orders immediately. So we are unable to change, modify, or cancel an order once it has been confirmed and acknowledged by our warehouse.

If your cancellation request is urgent, please contact us at info@soylent.com. We cannot guarantee the request can be fulfilled, however, we are happy to try if the request is in good time.

For Subscribers:

You can skip or cancel a recurring order from your account dashboard. Just remember to save your changes at least five (5) days before your next scheduled shipment so we can process the request.
