We know a missing delivery can feel worrisome.

If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please do not panic quite yet. Sometimes a package may get scanned and marked as delivered while it is still en route to the service address.

We ask that you allow at least one (1) business day for your package to be recovered. If you have not received your package after this time, please email us at info@soylent.com for help with the next steps.
