How do I request a refund?

Don’t love your Soylent? We stand behind our product and will do our best to make it right. To request a refund please email within 30 days of receiving your product. In the email include the following:

  • Your Name
  • Email Address used to place order
  • One-time or Subscription order
  • Order number (if known)
  • Reason for the request

 We may require proof of purchase to consider your refund request.
