Rules & Restrictions

  • Credits cannot be returned or reversed once a reward has been claimed
  • Rewarded promotions or codes cannot be combined (limit promo 1 per transaction)
  • Accruals and balances can take up to 14 days for approval or refresh
  • Accruals and balances will expire after 12 months

Will my credits expire?

Yes, credits will expire 12 months after they're earned.

How do I use my credits?

If you'd like to place a one-time order, you can apply your credits to your order directly on the checkout page.

If you're a subscriber and would like to apply your credits to your subscription, just toggle on the option to auto-apply your credits to your next order on the "View your next order" page.

How do I check my credit balance?

Available credits and credit activity can be found by logging into your account and clicking "Manage subscriptions" (regardless of whether you're a subscriber or not) and then clicking on "Address & payment details" followed by "Manage payment methods".

What happens to earned credits if I cancel an order or receive a refund?

In the case of an order cancellation or refund, the credits earned on the order will be deducted from your credit balance.

Where are my points from the previous rewards and referral programs?

This is an update to our most recent rewards program, so any points earned since April 2024 will be transferred and transitioned into credits. Any points earned from past programs before April 2024 will not be transferred as they have already expired. 

Can I apply loyalty rewards to my subscription?

Yes, you can apply your credits to a new or existing subscription. 

If you are applying your credits to a new subscription, you can do so directly on the checkout page.

If you are applying your credits to an existing subscription, just go to the "View your next order" page and toggle on to auto-apply your credits to your next order.

How can I refer a friend and get points?

To refer a friend, navigate to your account (click here for Canada) and you'll see your unique referral link, which you can share with your friends. This link will allow us to track your referrals and properly reward you. Once your friend clicks the link, they will be taken to soylent.com and the credit will auto-apply at checkout.

Note: In order to apply the discount and receive the reward, your friend must spend over $30 and have never purchased from soylent.com or soylent.ca before.

I referred a friend but never received the credit. What do I do?

Uh-oh! This might be a glitch in our system. Contact us and we will take a look.

Note: Your friend must make a purchase and use your provided referral link in order for the referral to be successful. We only award points if the new customer's first order is equal to or over $30.

How many friends can I refer?

You can refer up to 5 friends.
