I want to reactivate my subscription. How do I do that?Updated a month ago

If you are looking to reactivate a subscription that was previously canceled:

  1. Login to your Soylent account
  2. Click "Manage Subscriptions" from your account dashboard menu
  3. Scroll down to the “Inactive Subscriptions” section 
  4. Click "Reactivate" next to the subscription you want to reactivate. Your subscription order will be processed immediately.

This will reactivate your subscription based on the delivery frequency, quantity, and product you previously had. For example, if you reactivated today and had a 30-day subscription, your first subscription order will be placed within 24 hours and your next subscription order will process 30 days from that date.

Please note that orders under $50 will be charged a shipping rate of $6.95 in the US. Orders under $70 will be charged a shipping rate of $8.95 in Canada.
