I want to edit or modify my subscription. How do I do that?Updated a year ago

To swap a product or flavor

  1. Login to Soylent.com
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
  3. Select “Edit Subscription” underneath the subscription you wish to modify
  4. Click the "Product" box and then click "Swap Product"
  5. Select which product you want to swap to and your desired quantity
  6. Click "Update" to save your changes
    *Note that changes may take up to 2 minutes to fully refresh on your account

To change your case quantity

  1. Login to Soylent.com
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
  3. Select “Edit Subscription” underneath the subscription you wish to modify
  4. Click the "Product" box 
  5. Update to your desired quantity
  6. Click "Update" to save your changes
    *Note that changes may take up to 2 minutes to fully refresh on your account

To add a new product to your existing subscription

  1. Login to Soylent.com
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
  3. Scroll down to the green plus sign titled “Add another product to your subscription(s)” and select this option
  4. Select the product you'd like to add
  5. Select "Add one-time" for a one-time addition of this product or "Add subscription" to start a new subscription of this product

    PLEASE NOTE: The new subscription delivery schedule defaults to 15 days, regardless of what your current subscription is set to. If you would like to change the delivery schedule of your newly added subscription, follow the steps below:

To change your delivery schedule

  1. Login to Soylent.com
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
  3. Select “Edit Subscription” underneath the subscription you wish to modify
  4. Click the "Delivery Schedule" box and adjust to your desired frequency
  5. Click "Update Delivery Schedule" to save your changes

To change the date of your next order

  1. Login to Soylent.com
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
  3. Select “Edit Subscription” underneath the subscription you wish to modify
  4. Click the "Next Charge Date" box and then adjust to your desired charge date
  5. Click "Update Next Shipment Date" to save your changes

To skip your upcoming delivery

  1. Login to Soylent.com
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
  3. Select “Edit Subscription” underneath the subscription you wish to modify
  4. Select "Skip Shipment" at the bottom right of the page
  5. Click "Skip Next Shipment" to save your changes

To place your order today

  1. Login to Soylent.com
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
  3. Identify which subscription you wish to order immediately
  4. Select "Need It Now" 

*Note: This option creates a subscription order for immediate processing. Your normal subscription schedule or upcoming delivery date will be updated based on this. For example, if you have a 30-day subscription, your next order will process 30 days after you select "Order Now", unless you make any updates.
