Yes, ID.me protects all data with stronger encryption than many financial institutions. ID.me is also one of only three companies certified by the U.S. Government to enable citizens to access sensitive information from federal agencies.

It will depend on your group affiliation and the verification option you choose. Sometimes, you will be verified in just a few minutes; if a manual review of your document(s) is needed, it may take longer.

Can I send my documents to you?

Soylent is not involved in the verification process. This is to protect your privacy and security. Please do not submit your documents to Soylent. Instead, follow the instructions provided through ID.me on how and where to submit your documents.

How will I know if I am ID.me verified?

Once ID.me has reviewed your documentation, you will receive an email indicating whether or not your status was verified, and guidance on the next steps if the verification was unsuccessful.

Congratulations on becoming ID.me verified! To receive any eligible discounts, simply login to Soylent.com and complete your next checkout using your ID.me verified email address. Your discount will be automatically applied to your cart.

I am already registered with ID.me. How do I receive my discount?

Do ID.me discounts work on all Soylent products?

ID.me discounts are not eligible on select Soylent products including:
