Can I change when I receive my prepaid subscription?

Yes, but customers subscribed to pre-paid products must contact our support team to update their prepaid subscription. 

If a customer makes a change to their pre-paid subscription, it will only affect the next charge, not the scheduled shipments of their current prepaid cycle.
