What is CCPA?

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is a data privacy law that gives consumers more control over the personal information that businesses collect about them. If you are a California resident, your rights include the following:

      • The right to know what personal data is being collected about you and how it is used or shared.
      • The right to request any personal data collected be deleted (with some exceptions).
      • The right to opt-out of the "sale" or sharing of your personal information.
      • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA privacy rights.
